Our 14-Day Guarantee

We want you to love your NOIRÉ jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

Unworn and unused (trying on is perfectly fine)
In original condition with all tags and packaging included
Returned within 14 days of delivery date
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

How to Return Your Order

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at sales@noirebangkok.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Step 2: Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging. Include all tags, boxes, and any accessories that came with your order.

Step 3: Ship your return to:

Our address will be provided to you once settled.

Important: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 working days.

Refund Method: Your original payment method
Processing Time: 5-10 business days after approval (depending on your bank)
Email Notification: You'll receive confirmation once your refund is processed

Please Note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Refunds are only issued for items in eligible condition

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or product, subject to stock availability.

Exchange Process:

  1. Email sales@noirebangkok.com with your order number and requested exchange
  2. Return your original item following the steps above
  3. Once received and inspected, we'll ship your exchange item free of charge

If your requested item is out of stock, you'll automatically receive a full refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at sales@noirebangkok.com within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect
  • Description of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Worn, damaged, or altered items
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Sale items purchased with discount codes (store credit only)

International Returns

For international returns, please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We are not responsible for any customs charges or import duties on returns
  • Returns must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days of delivery

Lost Returns

We cannot issue refunds for returns lost in transit. Please:

  • Use tracked shipping
  • Keep your proof of postage receipt
  • Contact your courier if tracking shows your return is delayed

If you can provide valid proof of postage, we'll offer store credit for your lost return.
