What's Not Covered

Our Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturing defects and quality issues, but does not cover:

Normal Wear & Tear

Small scratches, natural patina, and minor surface changes from daily wear are normal for sterling silver and add character to your pieces.

 

Loss or Theft

We cannot replace items that are lost, stolen, or misplaced.

 

Accidental Damage

Damage from accidents, impacts, crushing, or improper handling is not covered.

 

Modifications

Chemical Damage
