Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum purchase required.

Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 2 weeks (14 days) from order placement

Processing Time: 1-2 business days
Shipping Time: 10-12 business days

Please Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier handling.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status at any time by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Contacting us at sales@noirebangkok.com with your order number

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. NOIRÉ is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost packages due to incomplete or inaccurate address information
  • Packages marked "return to sender" due to address issues

If your tracking shows your package was returned to sender due to an address error, please contact us immediately at sales@noirebangkok.com.

Customs & Import Duties

International Orders:

For orders shipped outside of Thailand, you may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees when your package arrives in your country. These charges:

  • Vary by country and are set by your local customs authority
  • Are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Are not included in your order total
  • Cannot be refunded by NOIRÉ

If you refuse to pay customs charges and your package is returned to us, we cannot issue a refund for shipping costs.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven't received it:

Step 1: Check with neighbours, building reception, or anyone who may have accepted delivery
Step 2: Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
Step 3: Contact your local courier with your tracking number

If 20 business days have passed since the dispatch date (25 days for international orders) and your package hasn't arrived, contact us at sales@noirebangkok.com with your order number. We'll investigate and work toward a resolution.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
  2. Contact us at hello@noirebangkok.com within 5 days of delivery
  3. Include your order number and photos

We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to modify or cancel your order:

  • Contact us at sales@noirebangkok.com within 24 hours of placing your order
  • Include your order number and requested changes

We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
